In-File Delta Technology

In-File Delta Technology has the ability to find block-level changes within larger files and separate them into smaller pieces. This allows Offsite Plus to back up large files over the internet, assuming that the original file has been previously saved to the server. With In-File Delta Technology, a daily backup of large amounts of data over the internet is possible.

128-bit Encryption

There are two encryptions being performed by Offsite Plus:

1. Encryption of backup data - This is being done by 128-bit symmetric key encryption (AES, TripleDES, TwoFish).
2. Encryption of backup traffic - This is being done by 1024-bit RSA public key encryption.
